ADZOM GYALSE TULKU RINPOCHE
He is the reincarnation (tulku) of Adzom Gyalse Gyurme Dorje, who was the son of Adzom Drukpa Pawo Dorje, and born in the year of the Iron-monkey (1980); in Bumthang, a region of central Bhutan, which was blessed as a hidden sacred land by Guru Padmasambhava; within a nomad family, he is the second son of seven, his father Kelzang Phuntsok and his mother Sonam Tsomkyi.
When the letter written by Adzom Gyalse Gyurme Dorje, indicating all details of his rebirth, came to the hand of Rigdzin Pema Tulku, he offered it to Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche to confirm. After few years Kyabje Khyentse Rinpoche confirmed his family and a group of people was sent in search, but they returned with the wrong son, because his mother gave the youngest son at that time. Realizing their mistake, Kyabje Khyentse Rinpoche asked for the boy who was born in the Iron-Monkey year, by then he was eight years old. After that he was recognized as the reincarnation of Adzom Gyalse Gyurme Dorje at Gelephu, southeast Bhutan, and Kyabje Khyentshe Rinpoche even performed his hair-cutting ceremony. Then he was first ordained as monk at Kharbandi, Phuntsholing – Bhutan; later at Shechen Monastery in Kathmandu – Nepal, the grand enthronement ceremony was conducted by HH Khyentshe Rinpoche in presence of HE Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche and HE Nyoshul Khen Jamyang Dorje Rinpoche.
At early age he was well taken care with loving kindness by his root teacher Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and during that time he received lots of teachings, transmissions and empowerments from him, also from HE Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche, Lama Serpo Rinpoche, and since some years ago, from HH Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche; besides them, he also received from HH Dalai Lama, HH Trulshik Rinpoche, HH Penor Rinpoche, HE Chokling Rinpoche, HH Taklung Tshetrul Rinpoche, HE Yangthang Rinpoche, and HE Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche.
By 2004, under the guidance of HE Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche, he completed the extensive nine years course in Buddhist philosophy and graduated from Philosophical Collage (Shedra). After his graduation he started teaching and giving oral transmissions (lung) at Shechen Philosophical Collage in Nepal. By 2010 he was awarded the scarf of Khenpo (Doctorate Certificate). At present he also preside all the annual ceremony going on in Shechen Monastery in Nepal and even at some branch monasteries in Bhutan. He also gives guidance to the monks who stay in retreat for three years in Bhutan, where he has a retreat center.
Since 2014, Rinpoche has been traveling around the world, giving teachings and empowerments. Mainly Rinpoche visits Europe, specially countries as England, Belgium, France and Germany, and also has been going frequently to Latin America, giving support to the Shechen Sangha in Mexico, as well as to the Padmasambhava Group in Colombia, a group under his spiritual guidance, but he also has visited countries such as Brazil and United States of America
With the purpose of keep this lineage and tradition alive, to benefit beings for long time and throughout the space, Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche made this long life prayer for Adzom Gyalse Tulku Rinpoche:

OM SWASTI. You taught well the dharmata – Primordial Unchanging Luminosity –

as the heart of the Supreme Vajra Vehicle.

Yogi of the Great Perfection who has seen the four-visions through to their completion, son of the body, speech, and mind of Ngaktsok Rangdröl (Adzom Drukpa), Dharma-raja, emanation of Terdag Lingpa’s incarnation; you have been found in exact accord with your predecessor’s prediction.
Written to commemorate the formal recognition and enthronement [of the Tulku] at Shechen Tennyi Dhargye Ling – Nepal, by Gyurme Thegchok Tenpai Gyaltsen (Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche) of the lineage of the Supreme Victor Padmasambhava, at the time of the waxing moon of the Month of Miracles in the year of the Iron Horse (1989).
